Ink & Paper Terms & Conditions

1. THE PROCESS

1.1 Bespoke invitations typically take 8-12 weeks to produce from signing of the contract and provision of all information. Designs from the Ink & Paper House Collection typically take 4-6 weeks to produce.

1.2 Photorealistic digital proofs will be provided for your review throughout the artwork creation and production process, as physical proofs are impractical.

1.3 Your fee includes three design iterations. Amendments beyond this will incur a fee of £60/hour, with a minimum of one hour billable.

1.4 You are responsible for ensuring the correctness of all wording, spelling, and layout. Ink & Paper Ltd. will not accept responsibility for any incorrect details or mistakes.

1.5 Following written approval from you, designs will be sent to print. Your confirmation on the final proof signifies acceptance of responsibility for all information as presented.

1.6 Changes post-approval will incur additional charges and may impact the agreed completion date.

2. PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND MATERIAL

2.1 Ensure accurate provision of information, using provided Excel templates for guest details.

2.2 Charges may apply for time spent re-formatting provided information.

2.3 Ink & Paper Ltd. is not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided. Additional amendments will be charged on the final invoice.

3. COPYRIGHT

3.1 All work produced by Ink & Paper Ltd. is copyrighted.

3.2 Copying or reproducing proofs is prohibited. Improper use will be pursued.

3.3 Ink & Paper Ltd. does not copy or reproduce work created by other designers.

4. QUALITY

4.1 Samples and proofs may slightly differ from the finished product due to the traditional printing and hand-finishing process.

4.2 Variations in texture, colour, size, and positioning are not faults; exact matches with digital proofs are not guaranteed.

4.3 Pantone codes can be provided, but variations may occur between screen and printed stationery.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 A 40% deposit is required before work commences. The balance is payable before printing and production commences.

5.2 Preferred payment methods are bank transfer or Stripe.

5.3 Payment must be received within 7 days of invoicing. Changes may alter the completion date.

6. CANCELLATION & DELAYS

6.1 Bespoke design fees are non-refundable.

6.2 If production has begun, no refund is possible. Cancelled orders receive a full refund if initiated by Ink & Paper Ltd.

6.3 Press malfunctions will be addressed promptly; alternative printing networks may be utilised.

7. POSTAGE & PACKAGING

7.1 Tracked and insured services will be used. A tracking code will be provided.

7.2 Postage costs, typically around £30, are confirmed at dispatch.

7.3 Ensure someone is available to sign for delivery. Ink & Paper Ltd. is not responsible for lost items or delays due to circumstances beyond control.

7.4 For international orders, check for customs charges, import fees, or other added costs. Ink & Paper Ltd. is not responsible for these fees.

8. MARKETING

8.1 Ink & Paper Ltd. reserves the right to use stationery copies or photographs for marketing purposes.

8.2 Address information will be fictional or obscured in marketing materials.

9. UPDATES

9.1 Ink & Paper Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
